    your company changed flight 282 from Ho Chi Minh to Shanghai, august 12, 2012, from 1.55 to 7.55, and did not check my connecting flight 5601 in Shanghai.It is impossible to reach you by phone or by e-mail to also make the change with my connecting flight from 5601 to 5609 since I will be flying on your wings in direction of Shanghai when flight 5601 will leave Shanghai.
    Make us easy to contact you when we need, phone in HCMC, Shenyang, and international number…answers nobody there.Your are not at the height of an international company

    China Eastern has misplaced my bag. Took the flight from Singapore and I believe it is there that they did the mistake. No one contacts me, I dont know where my bag and there is no help from the customer team. I am sitting here in Australia not knowing what to do.

    The customer service of China Eastern is a decade behind any western airline. I bought a ticket and needed to change the date. Their only contact phone number for customer support cannot be reached from the USA. I tried dozens of times from several different phone numbers. I called their New York office and was told they can only change tickets that originate in New York. I called their office in Xiamen and was told they can only change tickets that originate in Xiamen. The flight originates in Shanghai but number cannot be reached from the USA. It has only five digits. I used their customer service email form on their website and it bounced back saying the address was not valid.

    I would avoid flying on China Eastern if there is ANY chance that you need to make changes to the ticket.
