I’ve been banking with Citibank over 25years and I think in general the service in the bank is getting down and down why .First the staff are unprofessional with no respect to others and if you need documents I can provide you to improve the service. No toll free number.

  2. I would like to inform you that amount Rs.20,000 dated on 31st jan-2012 and Rs. 7,000 dated on 6th March , 2012 swas deducted from my account without using debit card or checkbook. I have already submitted a complaint in your help line (111 222 222) related to this discrepancy and they told me they will solve my problem within Twenty days but I haven’t got any response from their side yet. Now I would like to know what I should do in order to get my money back because bank has not resolved my issue as yet & they are not looking like they will solve my issue.

  3. I applied for a personal loan in Dubai branch on April 2nd.After the approval i handed over my cheques to the sales representative. They told to me within three days the money will transfer to your account. But they didn’t transfer on time. If i call to the bank nobody will answer the phone and the sale representative telling that money transfered already.But until now money not yet transfer. My first due date is June 5th.There is no one month gap.Still we are waiting.There is nobody to give a correct answer about this problem.It is very bad customer service.

  4. Be aware that if you apply for aa advantage card to get bonus miles – although you meet spending requirements immediately you will not get promised miles for as much as four months.

    i made a transfer on 23 of march from Saudi Hollandi bank to the UBL bank in Pakistan but the amount was under investigation from a long period due to this long term investigation the deal which have done in Pakistan is going delay day by day kindly solve the issue as early as possible the reference number of transaction is FT12081048970000 and the amount was under investigation of citi bank branch in new York having swift code CITIUS33XXX I am worried about the delay in transaction
