I applied for the Rapid rewards credit card back in January when they have the promotion for 40, 000 points when you spend 1000 in 3 months. A month after getting the card I got 10,000. I did spent 1000 within the 3 month period hoping that I’ll get the full 40, 000 points. Months later i never received the other points, so I called Chase and was told that I applied for the 200 dollar off my statement with 10, 000 points. I’m annoyed with how Southwest promotes their advertisement on their website, because at that time I only saw the 2 promotion they had during that time which did not include the 200 dollar off. Chase told me that if I would of caught it sooner they would of change over the promotion for me but how would I know when I thought I applied to get the 40, 000 points. Thanks for misleading your customers.
