    I am having a serious problem here if you can solve it.This year we bought a Videocon Infinium Z30 Lite phone online. It was delivered very well. All of sudden the display of this phone went off after two months. We took it to Videcon Service Center for repair. They kept the phone for a month and returned it saying that its not fixable.

    We spoke to your Customer Service many times & They kept recommending to take it to Videcon Service Center for repair. We did that but in vain. One day My cousin took this phone with him and visited your Service Center in Sector 14 Gurgaon, called Luxmi Services. I would like to mention full address here Plot No. 27/4, Near Dev Cinema Mehrauli Road Sec-14,Gurgaon, Haryana 122001. The way they provide Customer service is pathetic.We visited this Service Center on 22nd of August 2015 and since then they could not fix the Phone. They were very rude. I was charged Rupees 940/- even the phone was under warranty.They did not give the receipt for the money we paid. When we asked for the refund they ignored it by saying to show them the receipt if money was paid to them.

    On 27th of November 2015 when we visited Luxmi Services again Ravish Dhanda the contact person said that we are not dealing with Videocon anymore.

    This was the worst experience I had ever before. I am raising this voice to you if you can look it into and take an action against them. I am also sending you the required documents along with this email like my order number etc.

I bought a one-way ticket at Chongqing ticket centre on January 27th or around that day to fly from CKG-PEK-YVR on Tuesday February 03 2015 ticket number 1162233660 0 for the amount of RMB3695.00 (about $740.00CAD). On that day I flew CA4137 CKG-PEK without any problem and then CA991 PEK-YVR. On that flight I was assigned seat 34J on a 777-300ER which is situated next to one of the emergency door with the next two seats to the right for the crew member if needed therefore empty. At about three hours inflight I suddenly saw a Indi woman part of a group of people coming from India and seated in row 33 just in front of me to my left taking her pillow and laying down in the alley in front of me. No flight attendant in view I then went all the way to the back of the aircraft to inform one of them which came to tell the woman to go back to her seat. However the rest of the group knowing I was the snitch started to yell at me talking to me in Indi I presume and couldn’t understand one word so I covered my head with my sweater. About one hour later the same woman this time laying down in the alley with her pillow under the head. Once again not one flight attendant in view I went back to find one who again told the woman to go back to her seat. And again I was insulted and yelled at by the group of indis without any help from anyone of the crew members. .This has continued for most of the 10 hours and 30 minutes flight to the point that the same woman came to sleep in front of the emergency door and on the floor. At that point I yelled at her NO and showed her to go back to her seat. Then came a flight attendant seeing I was very upset saying Sir don’t be angry…do you want a glass of water? I am 78 years old and got of the plane at YVR completely exhausted travelling alone and now wondering where should I write to ask for a refund of my ticket. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

  3. I rented a bad apartment from a Landlord. Worst move i ever made. I was getting problems with the apartment. The floors and walls were paper thin in all the apartments and were not sound proof. I could’nt get any peace nor quite from other tenants and harassing Landlord keeping me up, complaints and disputes between tenants and the landlord went on. I did nothing wrong to deserve this, the apartment was of poor structure and could handle a familly and i was the only one living in the apartment the landlord unfairly raised my rent,took me to court and billed me for court expenses for a cheap apartment. I couldnt take it anymore the apartment was a complete scam so i moved out the landlord kept my security deposit and had my wages garnished for increased rent and fees! there was no mention of garnishment from the landlord or in the rent lease. I got totally ripped off!!!
