    I traveled with swiss Air with my family. The airline lost my luggage with all my clothing for the Jewish holiday of Pesach. When I came to LOD airport, the airline staff asked me to buy clothing and they would reimburse me. I also had my flight delayed. For this fault of theirs, they charged me $750. It was their fault. I called, no reply. Sent a mail no reply. Not happy.
