I have purchased a MI 3s mobile in December 2016 but in March there was a problem occurred in the incoming call speaker volume. The handset was submitted in the service center and which is returned back unrectified on 23 March again I have visited the centre and on 24 it was returned stating that the same is rectified and some part is replaced…but since then there is a problem of no service/ no network. I am a senior citizen aged 70 yers and hence can not run to the centre again and again. Very poor service.

My Redmi phone is 1 year old. Tried visiting the service center in Bangalore. They are saying the parts are not with them and it will take several weeks. How come Xiaomi in India does not equip its service centers with the needed parts for replacement? Till I get the phone fixed, should I buy a phone from another brand?
