    We have been trying to contact Adria airlines, because we wanted to cancel our flight within 24 hours of booking it, as we decided another departure date was necessary. We were not able to reach anyone, ON ANY NUMBER. They have made it absolutely impossible to contact them- we are wasting money calling Slovenia from North America, because there North American contact number is out of commission. The slovenian contact number keeps saying wait time is “SHORTER THAN TWO MINUTES”, except 25 minutes later and > 20$ later I am still waiting on the line for someone to answer. It is difficult enough to coordinate with different time zones, add on worst customer service ever. I want my tickets cancelled now! It should not be this difficult to contact an airline!!!

    I’m writing with a big complaint about your company.
    Let’s start from the beginning.
    On 16 Dec 2017 I supposed to fly to Pristina, with a layover in Ljubljana. But the plane was delayed over hour and lady in the counter told me to go to Lufthansa desk and change the flight. So I’m going there and the lady telling me the earliest plane is at 21:00 hrs. Can you imagine my frustration? I was flying with a little 3 year old kid. She was going crazy there. To don’t mention I woke up at 3 am to get to Munich and be on time on board. This is retarded if one plane don’t fly people are stuck in the airport for hours! Anyway. And she gave me like 10€ voucher for food. Like you can buy something for that kind of money on the airport…. I thought it’s a joke.
    My daughter was very stress. We were sitting on the airport whole day like stupid people.
    I was praying for 8:30 pm to start boarding. But what I saw on a screen is: plane is delayed again. I started to cry from being so upset at you guys don’t care that passengers flying with kids. My daughter crying getting stress, adults can be annoyed with that situations, and kids?! The plane actually didn’t leave like after 10:00 pm! And you know why was delayed, because it didn’t leave Tirana. So we had to wait until the plane fly back to Germany get clean and then come on board. Ridiculous.
    To add more, when the plane was boarding they let us walk into the plane and I had to stand next to the front plane door like 10 min extra because the flight attendant told me I still have to wait. I was so upset again. My daughter sleepy and crying. But who cares someone waited over 14 h on the airport. I guess not you guys. I have always flight with you for over 3 years but this disappointed me so much how you care about passengers. This is all so unprofessional.
    Also, I guess you won’t do anything about this other than telling me how sorry your are.
