    Customer service is really bad. My brother who was to take a Air India flight from JFK on 11.07.2016 (JFK TO CHENNAI) couldn’t make the journey, for the same went to office to reschedule. The reservation desk was very uncooperative. The staff asks me to send a mail to Air India, but still no reply.

    Was a recent flier on Air India flight, May 18, 2016 – Chennai to Delhi. They need to seriously upgrade their lousy staff. They are not only slow, but show no concern to the needs of fliers. Arrogant stewardess too. Will this airline even survive?

    The airline’s staff in Mumbai is not equipped to handle customers queries. I hope someone will look into this. A refund or changes to ticket takes hours. Never had this experience before.
