    You ran a promotion for double enrich miles recently for flights bought between Oct 26 till Nov 8 2017 to fly till end of Dec 2017, what a stupid promotion. How about people who bought their flights much earlier or later to fly till end of December 2017. The promotion doesn’t make sense.

    In addition, I am a victim of your customer service personnel who are ill informed of the promotion terms and conditions, which made me decide to take a return trip all the way from Kuala Lumpur to London, as it would enable me to get double miles and maintain my gold status for 2018. I feel so cheated and I have lost my trust on this airline.

    They should know that verbal confirmation is also a contract. All I need them to do is to continue to grant me the gold status as a form of apology instead of just telling me that sorry that our customer service is ill informed.

    All your staff are lazy and stupid…including your Irish reject CEO.
    The worst airline company in the world.
    Read all the comments from the Australian…what a disgrace!
    If you can operate an airline company, I suggest you give it to someone who can.

    Hi, I’ve emailed 4 times (1st one dated 12 Sep 16) to Enrich to claim for my missing mileage and till date I haven’t received a single reply. I called up the MAS/ Enrich hotline 3 times, which the 1st one was on a Saturday and the operator told me that Enrich staff don’t work on weekends so to call again on weekdays. When I called again on weekdays I was told there’s no Enrich staff on the line and asked me to email. Told them I’ve emailed many times but no response then I have to prompt the operator to take down my details and then he promised he’ll ask a Enrich colleague to call me, and again, till date I haven’t received any call.
    Disappointment aside, it seems like MAS is really putting its service and reputation at stake.
    All I want is a response and help to update my missing mileage. I have no choice now but to put in a complaint, and i demand for a reply with expaination and action ASAP.
