I am very disappointed in the service the GoAir counter in Bangalore. I left my iPhone on the plane, inside the seat pocket, on Feb 26th flying from Goa to Bangalore. I noticed immediately after I exited the plane and was not allowed to check the plane myself. I was advised to go to the GoAir counter/office for assistance in retrieving my phone. After a few attempts to get someone to listen and assist me, my situation was acknowledged and I was told they were contacting security to see if the phone was found. I told them my seat number was 9E and that my phone was definitely there in that seat pocket. I was told several times that no phone was found. I was I board my net flight to SriLanka in one hour and left the staff my contact details (address in Canada, Indian telephone number, Canadian number and email address). I was told that the phone could be sent to the Colombo airport if it was found and I could retrieve it there before I departed on March 5th. I was very disappointed that they could not simply look in that pocket and deliver my phone right back to me as it was only minutes after the plane had landed and it was still on the ground. I took the number of the GoAir office and after calling a few times as my plane to SriLanka was taking off, I got a response and was told that my phone has been found but the plane was now back in Goa. The man on the phone assured me they would fly it back to Bangalore, send it to the airport in Colombo and that I would receive an email to retrieve it before I depart back to Canada. I have called the office everyday, at least 5 or 10 times a day, for the past seven days. When I would get someone answering the phone, I found out the phone is back in Bangalore. I was told they would call me back every day after speaking with someone to gather some further details on how to get my phone back, no one would ever call me back and when I called several times after speaking to someone, no one would answer my calls. Today’s update: my phone is still in Bangalore, I am leaving SriLanka at 2am on a flight back to Canada this morning, I spoke with someone today who promised to call me back in two hours (four hours ago now) and no one is answering my calls again.

I travelled in a group by flight G181 from Delhi to Lucknow vide PNR no. COU8XZ on 13.7.2016. My stroller suitcase make Nautica was checked in, however, it was delivered torn from top. The damage was brought to the notice of Mr. Abdesh, Station Manager. He graciously acknowledged that the suitcase has been damaged due to the mishandling of the ground staff and took photos of the damaged suitcase. He asked us to lodge a complaint with customer care, which I did, however, till date there has been no communication from GoAir in this regard. Customer service needs improvisation.
