    Auckland to Honolulu 8/16/16 was the worst flight I have ever endured in 30 years of nationwide and international flying for business or pleasure.

    I sent a registered letter to HAL which they received on 8/23/16. I gave them 15 days to respond, but found out from FAA that they legally have 30 days to respond. We are several days past thirty days of their receipt of my complaint. I also complained to FAA and HDRC.org (Hawaii Disability Resource Council) who has taken my complaint due to ignoring my disability issues when brought to their attention, in addition to harassment, threats, and assault.

    HAL has not responded in any way to my complaint, and I’m ready to contact both an attorney and news media.

    Loved the recent flight from Australia. Should say impressed overall by the attentiveness of the staff, and service received. However hope to see some discounts for more frequent travels.

    I lost my baggage today on May 9th. It never happened before. The error has caused a lot of difficulties, especially to my traveling schedule. Not happy at all.
