    Simply a shitty airline with the worst customer service. Let me explain my experience. Supposed to travel to Chennai from Hyderabad on 11th Jul 2016 @5am. We went to check in the bags at 4Am where there was long queue. We reached the check in counter at 4:10Am, but the guy who was checking in another passenger dragged it to 4:15AM and then came our turn he says check in closed and I am sorry you cannot board the flight and said go to indigo ticket counter and change your ticket to next flight and just left. We were perplexed so we stood there and talked to the next take over person who said the same thing. So we were generous enough to accept it and went to change the ticket. We were in for a surprise where the guy issuing the ticket says the cost of your ticket is going to be 59000inr to Chennai and you are not getting any refund on the flight you have missed. This is a business minded evil carrier just stay away from them. Ours is not isolated case there. There were at least 20 passengers stranded there not knowing what to do.
