KrisFlyer is the frequent flier programme of Singapore Airlines. For premium class flyers, the airline has PPS Club. Members earn KrisFlyer miles every time they fly with Singapore Airlines or over 200 partner airlines. Miles can also be earned on co-branded credit cards, hotel reservations, car rental and dining. The programme has two tiers – KrisFlyer Elite Silver and KrisFlyer Elite Gold.
Members can access the Singapore Airlines website to use the Accrual Calculator, claim missing miles, check account summary or upgrade membership. Not just airlines, KrisFlyer members also benefit from more than 170 non-airline partners, that include Accor Hotels, Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, Marriott, Park Regis, Shangri-La, Starwood, Avis, Europcar, Hertz, KrisShop, Club21, among others. The miles earned can be used for new booking, flight upgrades, purchase of vouchers or transfer to family or friends. KrisFlyer members enjoy other privileges such as access to lounges, extra baggage allowance, priority check-in, priority boarding, access to discounts and much more.
Reach the KrisFlyer complaint desk for queries on new membership, missing miles, lounge access, upgrade or others. You can also post your complaints on ConsumerBoard for public view and speedy resolve.
I tried reaching Singapore Airlines about my missing miles. For some reason my account doesn’t automatically reflect my miles. The Krisflyer account is active and been in existence for several years.
