    I have recently purchased your F9 Pro, first time i have faced this problem, this phones cameras are very cheap quality, F5 and F7 were better than this, please give a softwate update to fix its quality problem soon.

    My phone Oppo A57(bought in june 6 2017) had a display error (a yellow colour shade) on the month of march, 2018. This complaint was solved and the software was upgraded by the mobile services of Oppo. Within 2 months again the same problem occurred in my phone (in the month of june) before the expiry date of warranty card; but the service was not free and they claimed payment and also they were not sure that the same complaint will occur again or not.

    Sir i have bought oppo f7but while doing screen share it disconnects automatically after 3-4minutes.it easily hangs and provides slow internet speed and sometimes its screen stops working.please solve this problem otherwise oppo brand name will have a bad effect due to this thing. I am seriously disappointed as i have bought it only one month before and it is showing problems.i will definitely not recommend others for oppo smartphone now.

    I went with OPPO, Is one the biggest mistake in my life !

    My Self Sandip, I have bought Oppo F5 Phone before 5 months with lot of good expectation from OPPO !! But Now realized what is reality in Oppo. It was just miracle which was shown by Oppo brand.

    While Oppo Launched F5 phone, they were shown lot of things, i.e. they will always have good customer support, one of the leading in market.
    Recently due to office work, I have moved to Europe, Unfortunately After moving to there, My LCD Has broken, I have dropped / talked to customer care people.
    I do understand there is no customer support in Europe, I politely requesting him like one of my friend from India who is coming Europe, So My father will come to customer care & He will show all original bills along with my Mobile box also.
    I cannot send phone by courier because I doesn’t have any second phone. So better my friend will bring LCD from India & Its very easy job to replace display. Anyone can do! Even I told to customer care I am ready to provide same things in written also.

    Initially Surat Customer care people told, come on Monday, will give you Display. But sudden my brother got called on Saturday & he asked couple of questions. And finally they told they can not provide any such kind of display !!! they told you need to courier your phone from Europe to India ! I completely surprised ! the display which is around 3K and for that its required 6K courier charges!! Do we think its worth !
    Again today, I spoked to customer care & even mailed, they people said they will always stick with policy! They will not bother for customer ! I don’t know what to do !

    I request to all Friends, those who are going out for work to Abroad ! be alert !!!, IF something happened to your cell then OPPO will always tell, courier your phone and then you have to spend lot of money! That time its advisable to always go with second phone.

    I request to OPPO, first you have to learn how to make customer happy then go with market leading things.

    Hello,
    I have oppo a37f and i have been using it for 5 months i’m waiting for marshmallow update all mobiles are updating with marshmallow and nougat but oppo still stuck at lolipop, i’m requesting you for plan a project spectrum if you are not going solve my problem then pay my money back Rs 11,700 Is pretty high to my level so please pay my money back or update.

    There are some critical points that are found in my oppo mobile f1 that I want to bring to your notice.
    1. Not a fully 4G phone — i purchased it for Rs 16500. I found that it is not fully 4g mobile. I was shocked when my friend showed me his Micromax co. mobile which costs just rs 6500 but supports VoLte.

    2. Speaker mode problem—
    When i want to hear my incoming calls on speaker mode it goes off, especially when device is on sleep screen mode.

    3. Its battery backup is unfortunately very poor.

    4. Storage problem –
    It is a big problem, no one informed me when I bought it. I read that the mobile has it’s own storage of 16GB. But when I received I was made aware that only 9GB of 16GB is usable.
    5. Sim card problem –
    If I want to insert memory card then I need to remove one of my SIM cards.

    Spent close to 17K for a high end device but get one with not so good features.
