1. I had paid all expenses of my tour like lodging, boarding etc. to my tour operator Thomas cook and also I had paid airfare to Qatar Airline for Delhi to Paris and Zurich to Delhi. In spite of this I was charged Euro 860 and Indian Rs.25000/-.
2. Airline check-in staff had asked me from which place my Europe visas were issued ? I replied that it was Bombay. The staff replies: then why do you travel from Delhi? You should travel from Bombay! If I had to travel from Bombay instead of Delhi then why did you issue my ticket from Delhi to Paris ?
Your staff had checked Europe visa of myself and my family members and then told that in case I want to go from Delhi to Paris then I had to carry N.O.C (non objection certificate) for visa from Europe embassy. “At present I cannot allow you to sit in the flight for keeping in view the safety of Qatar flight”. I asked staff whether we appeared like terrorists? If you have any doubt that we may be thieves or criminals then please check our luggage but our tour is starting from 07/06/2016 hence please allow us to travel in Qatar.
If the staff do not know to verify documents and passport and whether the visas are genuine or fake, then kindly install some machine on your check-in counter which can check the validity of the documents.
4. But the staff was very rude and was not interested at all in listening to me or to check my documents. Their target was only to see how my family could be troubled and mentally harassed.
5. Myself and my family were harassed the whole night at airport and next day on 07/06/2016 at 1.35 pm went in Air India flight very peacefully from Delhi to Paris.
6. The airline had wrongly prevented me and my family to enter the flight despite 100% genuine documents and because of that our tour was a complete mess. We were harassed whole night at the airport and also for last one month airline has not replied to any of my mails.
